Process Support Engineer

Applied Materials is seeking a Process Support Engineer to provide high-visibility customer support through on-site installations, system diagnoses, and service and repair of complex systems and equipment. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in semiconductor capital equipment or similar high-tech industry, with experience in Applications or Process Engineering.

Requirements

• Serves as liaison between the customer and the Business Unit for assigned projects
• Works closely with customer to optimize tool performance
• Checks and approves operational quality of system equipment
• Instructs customers in the operation and maintenance of the system
• Provides highly visible customer support through on-site installation, diagnosis, service, and repair of complex equipment and systems
