Role Overview

We are seeking an experienced Sr Python Developer to lead and mentor a team of Python developers, providing technical guidance and support. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 10 years of experience in Python development, SDLC and a deep understanding of software engineering principles.

What You Will Do

Lead and mentor a team of Python developers, architect, design, and implement complex Python-based solutions, develop and maintain high-quality Python packages and libraries, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to define technical requirements, design solutions, and prioritize tasks.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Engineering, or related field.
• 10+ years of experience in Python development and package management.
• Proven expertise in core Python and proficiency with package build tools like Gradle.
• Strong understanding of Groovy programming language& GIT Commands.
• Hands-on experience with Jenkins for CI/CD pipelines and Docker for containerization.
• Excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
• Outstanding communication and leadership skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire team members.
