Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Materials Science, Industrial Engineering, or a related technical field
- 7 years of experience in supplier quality engineering, machining/welding process control, or manufacturing quality systems
- Strong ability to interpret engineering drawings and conduct detailed DWG reviews
- Proficiency with quality and problem-solving methodologies such as 8D, 5 Why, Is/Is Not, statistical analysis tools, and platforms like JMP
- Knowledge of quality management systems and experience conducting or supporting supplier audits
- Display/Semiconductor Process Kit & Equipment Knowledge
- Project management experience, including timeline planning, milestone tracking, and risk management
- Ability to lead cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and timely project execution
