Supplier NPI Electronics Engineering Manager

We are seeking a Supplier NPI Electronics Engineering Manager to enable robust High-Volume Manufacturing in a rapidly growing and dynamic business environment through various domains. The candidate will lead, qualify, and maintain suppliers' robust volume manufacturing capabilities and infrastructure, drive improvements to reduce cycle time, cost, and increase efficiency, and take part in strong and professional staff including cross-groups projects and influence.

Requirements

• Electrical Engineering degree
• 5+ Years of experience as a technical manager
• Experience in team management
• Experience working with Suppliers through Development/ Engineering transitions
• At least 10 years of experience in electronics boards or power-supplies manufacturing processes
• At least 5 years experience in teams' management
