Senior Software Engineer (Golang, Platform)

Role Overview

We're seeking a Software Engineer / Senior Software Engineer (Golang, Platform) interested in transforming the insurance industry. What You Will Do

Contribute to design, development, and delivery of releasable, high-quality software, author code aligned with internal standards, develop and maintain automated test systems, and assess the impact of changes.

We're looking for someone who has the ability to work from an Applied Systems office or 100% remotely, with experience in software engineering, Golang, React, SQL, OpenAPI, and secure access and configuration management using Vault, service accounts, and Identity Access Management (IAM) roles.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in software engineering
• Golang, React, SQL, OpenAPI
• Secure access and configuration management using Vault, service accounts and Identity Access Management (IAM) roles
• Document storage using Google Cloud Storage
• Email services for inbound and outbound email flows
• Knowledge of software development life cycles, coding standards, code reviews, source control management, build processes, testing, and operations
• Experience managing infrastructure using Terraform
• Experience deploying and managing containerized applications
• Practical experience with SQL and relational database systems
