Platform Manager QE– SaaS Platform

AppViewX is seeking a Platform Manager QE – SaaS Platform to lead the quality outcomes of their platform, ensuring reliability, scalability, and stability across SaaS and customer-hosted deployments. The ideal candidate will have 10-14 years of experience in Quality Engineering with strong exposure to SaaS platforms and distributed systems.

Requirements

• 10–14 years of experience in Quality Engineering
• Strong exposure to SaaS platforms and distributed systems
• Proven experience in non-functional testing: performance, scalability, reliability, chaos engineering
• Strong expertise in API and service-level automation (Python-based frameworks preferred)
• Hands-on experience with performance testing tools (JMeter, k6, Gatling, or similar)
• Experience with Kubernetes, containerized environments, and service mesh (Istio)
• Strong understanding of multi-tenant SaaS architectures and platform behavior under load
• Experience integrating quality practices into CI/CD pipelines and QA Ops workflows
• Strong debugging and root-cause analysis skills for production-scale issues
• Experience working with observability tools (Prometheus, Grafana, ELK, tracing systems)
• Strong Linux systems knowledge and environment troubleshooting skills
• Understanding of networking, security, and infrastructure concepts (TLS, DNS, load balancing)
• Strong stakeholder communication and ability to translate platform quality risks into business impact
