Job Description
We are a top 100 EdTech startup in Latin America and the US, looking for a Sales Agent with over 12 months of experience in telephone sales to join our commercial team.
Requirements
- More than 12 months of proven experience in telephone sales in a call center.
- Ability to persuade, listen, and connect with clients.
- Clear orientation to results and goal achievement.
- Basic knowledge of CRM management (Salesforce) and digital tools.
- Availability for hybrid mode (on-site + remote).
Benefits
- Salary $ 1,423,500 + COMMISSIONS IN DOLLARS WITHOUT CEILING (Average $1,000 USD).
