Requirements
- Respond promptly to help desk inquiries.
- Provide clear and accurate solutions to user issues.
- Liaise with CCH Premium Support for software-related issues.
- Manage tax returns and configuration sets.
- Assist with mergers, consolidations, and setup during transactions.
