Job Description
Our client is seeking a Network Administrator to manage and maintain enterprise-grade network infrastructure, ensuring high availability, performance, and security. This hands-on role supports Cisco-based environments including switches, routers, firewalls (Firepower, NGFW), and wireless systems.
Requirements
- Design, deploy, and troubleshoot complex network solutions
- Administer Cisco hardware/software including Firepower and ISE
- Manage performance, patching, backup validation, and documentation
- Support VoIP infrastructure and secure VPN solutions
- Interface with internal users via a ticketing system and on-site visits
- Participate in on-call rotation and ITIL-based change management
