This role involves hands-on maintenance, repair, and modification of automation equipment and systems, as well as training new operators. Requirements
- Ability to work alone with minimal direct supervision.
- Knowledge of electronics, programmable logic controllers, pneumatics, and vision systems.
- Strong mechanical aptitude, measured by the STM testing.
- Proficiency in machining and fabrication (MIG and TIG welding, drill press, lathe, milling machine, and surface grinder).
- Ability to work from mechanical prints and electrical schematics.
- Fork truck training and safe operation.
