Job Description
Join Aptar as a Mold Maker and work on intricate plastic injection molding dies and related fixtures. The role involves planning, laying out, and performing various operations, as well as instructing and mentoring other team members.
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- State indentured apprenticeship or equivalent knowledge of tooling trade, plastic molding techniques and material characteristics
- Ability to understand and read blueprints
- Basic computer operation skills with current software operating systems and programs
- Completion of fork truck training and the ability to operate fork trucks safely
- Completion of overhead crane training and the ability to operate overhead crane safely
- 5 years Toolmaker experience preferred
