Termite Sales Inspector

We are seeking a hard-working, personable, and sales-oriented team player to join our Aptive team as a Termite Sales Inspector. This is a full-time position located on the road in the area around Dallas, Texas. The individual we are looking for is someone that enjoys working in a team environment, excels working at an individual level, and is looking to grow their career in sales.

Requirements

• Meet daily in-person with warm leads to sell termite solutions
• Engage with customers in a friendly and respectful manner
• Work to achieve monthly or quarterly sales KPI’s, metrics and goals
• Follow company guidelines for personal grooming and hygiene
• Conduct thorough inspections of both interior and exterior areas of the property
• Document and report the status of colonies accurately
• Articulate expectations for curative treatments
• Develop a clear and detailed diagram of the property highlighting where the termite treatment system will be placed
