Job Description
The Behavioral Health Outpatient Therapist (BHOT) will provide clinical expertise to Aquila of Delaware, Inc. Outpatient Program. This role involves collaborating with multidisciplinary treatment teams, developing comprehensive assessments and treatment plans, and delivering person-centered services to adults with substance use and mental health disorders. The therapist must demonstrate skills in problem-solving and preventative interventions.
Requirements
- Master’s Degree or Bachelor’s Degree with a major in a related field from an accredited college or university
- At least one year of clinical experience in the substance use and/or mental health treatment field
- Passion and compassion for persons served
