High school degree, 0-5 years of experience, proficiency with hand and power tools, problem-solving, and time management
Housing Manager
1 year of experience in substance use disorder treatment, high school degree, certified peer specialist or recovery specialist certification
Certified Peer Support Specialist
High school diploma or equivalent is required. Peer Specialist certification is necessary for this role
Licensed Clinical Social Worker
Must be a Licensed Clinical Social Worker. Requires completion of ASAM assessments and managing clinical activities. LCSW license required in Delaware
Behavioral Health Technician
High school diploma or equivalent required. CPR/Frist Aid preferred. Experience in substance use disorders is ideal. Basic computer skills are needed
Certified Alcohol and Drug Counselor CADC
CADC certification required. Teamwork & experience in client treatment plans a plus
Counselor I (Master Level)
Master's degree required. Must have been licensed or eligible. Teamwork and client support are key
Behavioral Health Outpatient Therapist
Master's degree or Bachelor’s degree in related field. 1+ year clinical experience in substance use/mental health. Passion for helping persons served
Residential Counselor 1
Master's or Bachelor's in related field. CADC certification/working towards. 5 yrs exp in substance use field
Licensed Masters Social Worker
Master's degree in related field; LMSW license; experience in clinical services
