Job Description
Aquila of Delaware, Inc. is seeking a Residential Therapist (RT) to provide clinical expertise and deliver person-centered treatment services to individuals with substance use and mental health disorders. The RT will collaborate with multidisciplinary treatment teams, develop assessments and treatment plans, and provide supportive services under clinical supervision. Experience with evidence-based practices and adherence to licensure requirements is essential.
Requirements
- Masters Degree or Bachelor's Degree in a related field from an accredited college or university
- Full Certification as a Certified Drug and Alcohol counselor (CADC) or working towards full certification
- 5 years of clinical experience in the substance use field
