Electrical Maintenance SME (Talent Pool) Job to ensure optimal performance, reliability, and continuous improvement of electrical maintenance operations by administering and optimizing the maintenance management system (CMMS).

Requirements

• 12 years of experience as a field technician with maintenance equipment
• Proven experience in an electrical maintenance role within the drilling or a related heavy industry
• Strong knowledge of rig electrical systems and maintenance workflows
• Proficiency in SAP or similar Computerized Maintenance Management Systems (CMMS)
• Experience in reliability engineering and failure analysis
• Familiarity with HSE standards and regulatory compliance
• Bachelor's Degree in Electrical Engineering
