Experience as a cook or in a related role, validated knowledge of food preparation and safety, and food safety certification

1 year of experience, sanitation course completion, and strong organizational skills

Previous customer service experience, cash handling experience, and basic math skills required

Food Service Certificate, ability to read and write, and ability to work under pressure

Previous food service experience, food safety certification, and guest service skills

Previous bartending experience, knowledge of bartending principles, and certification

Prior supervisory experience, ability to lift 50 lb, and ability to stand for extended periods of time

Previous experience as a server or in food service role preferred. Excellent customer service and communication skills. Ability to obtain food safety certification
