Camp Manager - Remote Camps

The Camp Manager will be responsible for the development of the operational team and hourly employees, ensuring operational excellence in a remote camp environment. The role involves planning, managing, and overseeing multiple contracted services, meeting operational and financial objectives, client expectations, and customer needs. The Camp Manager will interact daily with the client and the client's employees, ensuring the safe delivery of high-quality culinary and hospitality services.

Requirements

• Fully fluent in French
• Minimum 5+ years of management/leadership experience, preferably in remote camps, hotel operations, or the hospitality sector
• Business Diploma or certificate from a recognized post-secondary institution is an asset
• Experience working with Indigenous communities/partners
• Advanced Food Safety certifications are mandatory
• First Aid Certification is an asset
• Valid Class 5 Driver's License
• Excellent communication skills in French and English
• Ability to work effectively both independently and with supervision
• Strong prioritization and time‐management skills
