The Catering Assistant is responsible for cooking and preparing food, adhering to food safety and hygiene regulations, and providing excellent customer service. Responsibilities include food preparation, cleaning, and serving, as well as handling cash transactions and maintaining personal hygiene and appearance.

Requirements

• Previous experience in a catering environment desirable
• Basic food hygiene qualification required within first six months
• 1 year's experience in a similar environment
• Good understanding of English
