
Job description
Responsible for supervising, training, and managing the food service operation. Ensures food safety and quality, and maintains a sanitary department.
Produce work schedules, direct daily activities, maintain food production, and ensure food items are stored safely.
Must be knowledgeable in operating an efficient cost-effective program, and have strong organizational skills.
