Aramark is hiring a Food Service Manager to support culinary operations at Carleton University. The role involves supervising staff, planning and directing food service operations, and ensuring food safety standards are met.
Requirements
- 2-3 years management experience in a food service environment
- Self-directed with strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Previous culinary or production planning experience is preferred
- Strong organizational and team building skills
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to coach and motivate team members
