We are recruiting for confident Team Leaders to work across our hotel operation within the Food and Beverage department at LEGOLAND Windsor Resort.
Requirements
- Previous Food and Beverage experience is desired
- Previous leadership experience is required
- Have fantastic communication and organisation skills
- Be able to remain calm under pressure and complete tasks in a timely manner
- Be adaptable and flexible to support with business requirements
- Be approachable at all times with a positive can-do attitude, showing the team your ability to be a great leader and responsible towards the business
- Be able to maintain excellent relationships across the business and wider resort
