Commercial Lines Account Manager

Role Overview

We are currently searching for a Commercial Lines Account Manager to support our clients across MA and CT. This position can be located in any of our 14 offices throughout MA and CT. The Commercial Lines Account Manager will provide expertise in service, marketing, and placement of Commercial Lines accounts.

What You Will Do

Process complete applications and loss summaries, maintain current knowledge on forms and coverage changes, perform comprehensive risk analysis surveys, meet joint agency/producer defined standards, and develop new production and proposals to sell new accounts.

Why It Might Be a Fit

This position requires excellent communication, presentation, and organizational skills, as well as proficiency in Agency Management Systems. Experience with Applied's EPIC is a plus.

Requirements

• Minimum three years of Commercial Lines insurance experience
• Equivalent experience in a related field or a Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Management, Finance, Marketing
• Current MA or CT Property & Casualty License or willing to obtain within 90 days
• Knowledge of Commercial quoting and remarketing
• Working knowledge of insurance forms, coverage and rating
• Excellent communication, presentation and organizational skills
• Proficiency in Agency Management Systems
