Job Description
As a FHA Loan Processor at Arbor Realty Trust, you will support the processing and packaging of multifamily and healthcare facility loans under applicable FHA programs.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree required; Finance, Real Estate, or related field preferred
- 3–5 years of FHA multifamily loan processing experience
- Strong understanding of FHA multifamily underwriting and loan programs
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Word
- Strong organizational, analytical, and communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a deadline-driven environment
