Senior Project Manager - Data Centers position available in Germany. Responsible for steering and delivery of complex data center projects. Must have experience in senior project management, technical understanding of data center systems, and leadership skills.
Requirements
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Engineering (Electrical, Mechanical, Civil Engineering), Architecture, Building Management, or a related field.
- At least 7 years of experience in senior project management positions in the construction / engineering field.
- Demonstrated success in timely, cost-effective, and quality-oriented project execution.
- Deep understanding of commercial and contractual issues (tendering, contract types, claim management).
- Excellent leadership, stakeholder, and negotiation skills.
- Proficient use of project management and planning tools (e.g., MS Project, Primavera), cost management, and MS Excel;
- Technical understanding of data center systems (cooling, electrical engineering, fire protection) and ability to assess planning services from a technical standpoint.
- Bilingual proficiency in German and English.
- Will to travel nationally and internationally.
