Requirements
- Higher technical education - metallurgical, material engineering, or related
- 3+ years of professional experience in steel forging or baking
- Knowledge of processes like steel forging and baking
- Fluent English language
- Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, databases) and AutoCAM/CAD
- Teamwork skills and ability to work under pressure
- Stress resistance and willingness to learn
- Valuable: Workplace safety management, optimization techniques, PMP/PRINCE2 certification, SAP system knowledge, operational authorizations, supervisory licenses, PMP/PRINCE2 or other relevant certifications
