The Training Administrator coordinates the implementation of learning solutions, scheduling sessions, communicating dates and learner registration, overseeing financing and invoicing, and managing session deployment and closure.
Requirements
- Analyze training needs within assigned scope
- Plan sessions in collaboration with facilitators or external providers
- Prepare complete training documentation
- Negotiate with external training providers
- Manage training back office operations via the SAP system
- Process payments for external providers
- Collect and archive session data
- Review participant evaluation forms
- Participate in a monthly meeting
- Update training programs managed within the Administrator’s portfolio
