Job Description
We are looking for a Customer Experience Analyst to join our team, managing and overseeing conduct risk exposures. The role involves coordinating first line product reviews, analysis of conduct MI, and review of policy documentation to ensure compliance with Lloyd's and FCA conduct requirements.
