Job Description
Immaculate Conception School – Union, MO is looking for an energetic, patient, and faith-filled part-time aide for an Early Childhood Learning Center classroom of 4-year-old students.
Requirements
- Supervise and engage preschool students during extended care hours (before/after school).
- Support a Christ-centered atmosphere through words, actions, and modeling of Catholic values.
- Assist in planning and implementing age-appropriate activities, including play, crafts, snacks, and rest time.
- Maintain a safe, clean, and organized environment in accordance with school and state guidelines.
- Monitor and support students’ emotional, social, and physical development.
- Communicate effectively and professionally with children, parents, and staff.
- Follow all school policies, procedures, and health/safety protocols.
- Support classroom teachers and staff as needed.
- Attend required staff meetings and training sessions.
