Job Description
Holy Spirit Catholic Church is seeking faith-filled and dedicated PSR Teachers to lead children and youth in religious education classes, forming students in the Catholic faith and helping them come to know, love, and follow Jesus Christ.
Requirements
- Practicing Catholic in good standing with a desire to share and live the faith
- Familiarity with basic Catholic teachings, with willingness to continue learning
- Comfortable leading a group of children or youth in a classroom setting
- Completion of diocesan Safe Environment Training and background check
- Catechist certification (if required by the diocese) or openness to completing formation
- Teaching or ministry experience preferred but not required
