Job Description
Archer is seeking a Director, Digital Technology Program Management to lead the enterprise PMO and drive delivery across a rapidly expanding portfolio of corporate and product-facing technology initiatives.
Requirements
- 12+ years of progressive experience in program and portfolio management within enterprise technology environments
- 5+ years leading or scaling a PMO organization
- Proven track record delivering complex, cross-functional enterprise technology programs
- Experience managing large-scale enterprise systems initiatives (ERP, CRM, HCM, data platforms, cloud infrastructure)
- Strong financial acumen, including portfolio budgeting, forecasting, and cost governance
- Demonstrated ability to influence senior stakeholders and operate at executive levels
- Expertise in hybrid delivery models (Agile, Waterfall, SAFe, or similar)
- Experience working with global teams and external system integrators
