Analista de Negócios Sênior - Estratégia Geração de Demanda

We are looking for a Senior Business Analyst to join our team in São Paulo. As a Senior Business Analyst, you will be responsible for building and optimizing analytical solutions, identifying patterns and opportunities in data, and driving results and improvements in the operation. You will work closely with executive stakeholders and partner areas, supporting analyses, hypotheses and recommendations with data.

• Strategic vision: ability to understand the impact of initiatives on the business and connect them to organizational goals
• Analysis and problem-solving: ability to structure complex problems logically and propose practical and effective solutions
• Data manipulation: familiarity with aggregation, organization and documentation techniques to transform raw data into ready-to-analyze and decision-making datasets
• Curiosity and repertoire in AI: ability to identify opportunities for the use of artificial intelligence in everyday business
• Data-driven experimentation: ability to test hypotheses, compare approaches and propose improvements based on data
• Quality and data governance: notions of data quality, governance and attention to biases and limitations in automations and models
• Direct communication: ability to communicate analyses and recommendations clearly, objectively and actionable
• Proactivity and organization: sense of urgency, responsibility and organization in the conduct of deliveries
• Intermediate SQL: mastery of SQL at intermediate or higher level
