Requirements
- Experience with Customer Success, portfolio management, and focus on retention
- Analytical capacity to interpret data and make decisions based on it
- Mature consultative and communication skills to conduct complex conversations with educational leaders
- Experience in team leadership or strong readiness to assume this role, with organization, clarity, and ability to prioritize
- Strategic thinking, collaborative posture, and openness to learn and evolve in a dynamic and high-impact environment in education
