
Job description
Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, fund administrators, and third parties, collaborating with internal teams to facilitate a successful onboarding and ongoing experience of a registered fund. Manage workflows, communicate with custodians, and project manage new integrations.
Field client servicing questions, manage workflows, speak with custodians, liaise between teams, develop new products, project manage integrations, and communicate relationship statuses.
This role requires a team player with strong work ethic, high integrity, and desire to learn, with 7-10 years of experience in the financial services industry, specifically with registered funds, custodial, transfer agent, and fund admin relationships.
