Business Analyst

Business Analyst contractor for an approximately 6 month engagement for the Election Voter Registration Database project. The Business Analyst will be responsible for converting business requirements into functional requirements and working with architects in the design phase of this project.

Requirements

• Business Process Analysis, requirements development and documentation
• Experience working at PMO and Program Level and coordination of deliverables across multiple efforts.
• Planning and management skills including scope estimating, budgeting and resource allocation procedures
• Strong analytical and conceptual skills
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
