Test Expert

Responsible for testing strategy and planning test activities, developing test plans, test cases, and designing testing environments. Implements, executes, and debugs application test cases and scripts, validates and documents completion of testing and development, and interprets test results.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree
• Minimum 5 years of IT relevant professional experience
• Minimum 4 years project experience relevant to the profile
• Working level of English: B2 or higher
• Expert in testing including unit testing, integration testing, functional testing, performance and stress testing, acceptance testing, and regression testing
• Expert in designing test environments
• Experience in setting up test management tool for new project
• Experience in providing test documentation
• Experience in leading testing in complex project
• Practical knowledge of testing tools
• Analytical mind, attention to detail, and an ability to pick things up quickly
• Excellent communication and documentation skills
• Knowledge of processes in Software Development Lifecycle
