Requirements

• Completed technical training (HTL, FH, Uni) or comparable qualification
• Experience in the production environment with materials such as wood, fabrics, plastics, paper, and cardboard is beneficial
• Knowledge of Lean management with a pragmatic approach beyond classical automotive series production
• Analytical strength and organizational skills
• Communication strength, hands-on mentality, and the ability to see smart solutions
