Barista Direct Support Professional

We are seeking a Part-Time Barista Direct Support Professional to join our team. The successful candidate will provide person-centered support to adults with intellectual and developmental disabilities while preparing and serving coffee, cookies, and other menu items. The role requires excellent customer service skills, flexibility, and ability to work independently.

Requirements

• Minimum age 18
• One year of Barista experience (preferred)
• Six months experience in a related field (i.e., serving individuals with Intellectual and Developmentally Disabled, or the mental health field) (preferred)
• Valid Colorado Driver's License with an acceptable driving record
• Food Protection Manager Certification
• CPR, First Aid
• CPI training
• Van Drivers Training
