Arlington Properties is looking for a Senior Service Manager to join our team and help elevate our maintenance operations to the next level. In this role, you'll oversee operations at a high-volume property or provide cross-property support, ensuring our standards are met across all areas of maintenance, preventative care, and service quality.
Requirements
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to effectively supervise and motivate a team.
- Extensive hands-on experience with property maintenance tasks, including HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and general repairs.
- Ability to manage budgets, prioritize tasks, and work efficiently under deadlines.
- Commitment to maintaining a high level of quality, professionalism, and safety in all maintenance work.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively with other departments and residents.
- Familiarity with power tools and maintenance equipment, including HVAC tools, electrical testing devices, and plumbing tools.
- Proficiency in work order management systems and preventive maintenance programs.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications—specifically Word, Excel, and Outlook—is also required for reporting, documentation, and communication purposes.
- Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record and proof of auto insurance.
- Current EPA or CFC certification.
