Job Description
Arlo Solutions is seeking a Program Manager to support the Naval Surface Warfare Center Philadelphia Division (NSWCPD) with cybersecurity and information assurance support services. The role will lead a team implementing and validating programs within the DoD's Information Assessment and Authorization (A&A) process and Risk Management Framework (RMF). This position requires strong leadership, project management, and communication skills.
Requirements
- Serve as the overall program manager and primary interface with NSWCPD Code 104 customers.
- Validate and verify work product and services according to expectations and requirements.
- Maintain project schedules, monitoring progress, and preparing reports.
- Ensure compliance with NAVSEA, DON, and DoD cybersecurity policies and procedures.
- Oversee plan of action management and resolution of cybersecurity findings.
