The Electrical Assembly Supervisor is responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the electronic and electro-mechanical assembly lines. This includes hands-on leadership of hourly associates, ensuring daily production goals are met, maintaining product quality, and driving a clean, organized, and continuous-improvement-focused environment.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience supervising at least 10 direct reports in an electronics or electro-mechanical assembly environment.
- Strong understanding of production flow, electronic/mechanical assembly processes, and manufacturing operations.
- High attention to detail, quality control practices, and continuous improvement mindset.
- Leadership experience including coaching, mentoring, and developing hourly associates.
- Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in an Electronics, Electrical Engineering Technology, Mechatronics, or related technical field strongly preferred.
- Experience with ISO 9001, Lean, Continuous Improvement, or Six Sigma methodologies preferred.
- Experience with inventory control, serial tracking, RMAs, and production documentation systems preferred.
