Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Manufacturing Engineering, Operations Management, or a combination of appropriate related work experience and education/training
• Extensive experience with CNC equipment, programming, tooling and fixturing
• 6+ years of progressive manufacturing leadership experience and responsibility
• Certifications from recognized institutions like the National Institute for Metalworking Skills (NIMS) can be advantageous
