Job Description
Human Resources Manager role responsible for implementing HR best practices, mitigating organizational risk, and aligning with Regional HR initiatives. The role requires a dynamic leader with hands-on experience in a manufacturing environment.
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree (required), with coursework in business, human resources, or organizational development preferred.
- Minimum of 5 years of Manager experience.
- 7+ years of experience in Human Resources roles with progressing responsibilities.
- Experience working in a manufacturing environment is a must
- Experience working with Union is Required.
- Bilingual in English and Spanish.
