Job Description
We are seeking a highly qualified Maintenance and Engineering Manager to lead and oversee all maintenance and engineering activities at our facilities. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in the automotive or manufacturing industry and deep technical knowledge across various areas.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Electronic Engineering, or related field.
- Minimum of 10 years of experience as a Maintenance and Engineering Manager in the automotive or manufacturing industry.
- Advanced English proficiency.
- Strong communication, leadership, initiative, proactivity, and problem-solving skills.
