Job Description
Our world-class client is looking for an NPI Process Engineer in Cd. Juarez, Chih. With strong experience in PLC. This position specializes in optimizing product designs and manufacturing procedures, ensuring efficiency and smooth workflow.
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Electronic Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or Mechatronic Engineering
- 3 to 5 years of experience as an NPI Engineer or similar role
- Experience in the manufacturing industry
- 3 to 5 years of experience in PLC programming, maintenance and set up
- Vision system implementation and setup knowledge (either camera or sensor)
- Experience using servomotors, pneumatic cylinders, and electrically operated Valves
- HMI (Keyence, preface, Mitsubishi, etc)
- knowledge of manufacturing processes, problem-solving tools (root cause failure analysis), and line balancing
- MSA (CPK, GR&R)
- PFMEA
- Experience with Lean Manufacturing
- English Advance (This role will maintain communication with foreign peers)
