Job Description
Technical Recruiter is responsible for various aspects of the recruitment process including sourcing, evaluating, interviewing, and hiring top talent for our open positions. The role involves creating and implementing recruitment strategies, coordinating the interview process, and ensuring a smooth onboarding experience for new hires.
Requirements
- At least 3+ years of experience in recruitment, preferably in a technical role
- Proven track record of successful recruitment in India
- Strong understanding of Indian recruitment laws and regulations
