Job Description
The Senior Lead - Finance will lead financial planning and strategy, financial operations and compliance, management reporting and insights, leadership and collaboration, and require CA/ICWA/MBA (Finance) with 8+ years of experience in NGO finance.
Requirements
- Lead annual and quarterly budgeting, re-forecasting, and scenario planning.
- Oversee accounting, audits, and all statutory compliance.
- Manage and mentor the existing finance team.
- Drive adoption of tech-enabled solutions for finance operations and MIS.
