Job Description
The Orthopedic Sales Representative is responsible for exceeding sales goals and building relationships with surgeons and healthcare professionals. They will be expert in arthroplasty anatomy, market knowledge, and consulting on product use. The role focuses on maintaining customer knowledge, upselling, and ensuring compliance within ethical and legal guidelines.
Requirements
- Minimum of 3+ years of orthopedic experience.
- Bachelor’s degree required.
- Demonstrated ability to relate to customers within the orthopedic/sports medicine market.
- Comfortable in open operating room environments.
- Knowledge of orthopedic procedures and terminology related to Arthrex.
