Requirements
- AI, ML experience: at least 4 years of experience in an AI and analytics role
- Consulting background: a minimum of 4 years in consulting
- Strategy expertise: at least 2 years of experience focusing on strategy development and implementation
- Communication skills: very strong skills
- Structured thinking and problem solving: demonstrated ability in structured thinking
- Language proficiency: fluency in both German and English is mandatory
- Collaboration: Experienced in working with virtual distributed teams
- Flexibility: Willingness to travel
- Mindset: Solving problems and making the extra mile is part of your nature
