Job Description
The Senior Project Manager will independently manage real estate project developments from purchase review to implementation. Responsibilities include creating and monitoring project schedules, developing utilization concepts, coordinating project participants, managing building law procedures, and negotiating contracts. The role requires a structured and cost-conscious approach with strong communication and team management skills.
Requirements
- Completed studies in Civil Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Architecture, or a comparable degree
- At least 5 years of professional experience in project development or project management
- Sound knowledge of VOB, BauGB, BauNVO, AHO, BauO, HOAI as well as contract law
- Structured, efficient and cost-conscious working method
- Confident demeanor, assertiveness and good communication skills
- Experience in managing interdisciplinary teams and complex projects
- Entrepreneurial thinking, organizational skills and responsibility
